SUGAR SKULL jaquitos for Dia de la Muertos and more!

Jaquitos have made the leap to the 21st century! Up to now, I was sewing everything by hand. Then I got a sewing machine -- and it rocks my world!

My latest focus is sugar skulls. Dia de los Muertos is a big deal here in Colorado and the Southwest, and I am fascinated with all the intricate decorated skulls that you see in October.

This one turns BLUE in sunlight!
